
Imo State Governor Hope Uzodinma received 8,100 COVID 19 vaccines from Interced Health Products Limited on Wednesday.
The governor, who was represented by one of the appointed commissioners, Rubby Emele, immediately distributed the products to the 27 chairs of the state’s Interim Local Government Areas Management Committee.
Urging IMC presidents to ensure uniform distribution of vaccines in their localities, he insisted that the product was “strictly intended for the vulnerable in rural areas.”
Intercedd Health Products Limited CEO Ejike Chukwusili said the product was an antidote to emerging diseases, epidemics and pandemics, such as the dreaded COVID-19.
Chukwusili revealed that the products consist of an immune booster, Detox, and Garcinia.
He said that “it consists of three components, Immunovit IHP, Detox Tea and Garcinia IHP. These three components work synergistically to protect you from the dreaded viruses and other infections.
“Garcinia IHP is also an immune booster and anti-infective. It is effective in managing the symptoms associated with various upper respiratory infections such as colds, sore throats, aches, coughs, nasal congestion and phlegm. ”
