Jeremiah had abandoned his university education due to financial problems and moved to Lagos to sell bottled water on the roads.
His rise from grass to grace began when he was filmed by a motorist, Ojo Emmanuel, who was moved by his generosity as he distributed money to inmates being transferred to the correctional facility.
Sharing video of the scene on his Instagram page, Emmanuel wrote: “Just a few minutes ago in Ajah waiting for the traffic light, the bottled water vendor shares at least 70 per cent of the cash with the inmates in this Nigerian Correctional Service. bus.
“I have never been so impressed by an act of love and generosity as this.”
The president of the Cubana Group, Obinna Iyiegbu, also known as Obi Cubana, saw the video and invited the young man.
The billionaire businessman not only placed Jeremiah with a monthly salary of N100,000, but also asked him to restart his studies.
Jeremiah was recently seen on a plane returning to Ebonyi State to continue his education.
