Super Eagles defender Calvin Bassey says the players are looking forward to the future under manager Marco Silva.
The Nigerian international made this known on the backdrop of Fulham’s goalless draw with Brentford on Saturday, where he stated that the players are backing Silva to remain with the club for long.

He also lamented that injuries disrupted the team’s progress in the Premier League this ongoing season.
“The disruption [of injuries] didn’t help at times but we’ve all stayed focused and trusted the manager and the plan.
“What he’s been building has been amazing so we’re looking forward to the future.
“It’s important we bring those principles and carry on what the manager has built here.”
