Nigeria is an important member of the China-Africa community of shared future. Last August, Vice President Senator Kashim Shettima attended the China-Africa Leaders Dialogue co-hosted by Chinese President Xi Jinping and South African President Matamela Cyril Ramaphosa, and agreed to jointly build a high-level Africa-China community with a shared future. Since arriving in Abuja as China’s 14th ambassador to Nigeria, I have thought deeply about how to promote comprehensive cooperation between China and Nigeria, and introduced the China-Nigeria GDP (Growth, Development, Progress) 5GIST Strategy, “Sharing Initiative Chinese Harmony, Nigeria-China Symphony” and a new cooperation model called PEG (Party-Business-Government).
