The candidate for governor of the Congress of all progressives (APC) in Kogi, Usman Ododo, received the blessings of President Muhammadu Buhari on Friday as the party’s standard-bearer in the November 11 elections.
Briefing to House correspondents after being introduced to the president by Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi, Mr. Ododo said he was committed to taking advantage of the governor’s unprecedented development strides.
