In some occasions or circumstances we face bullies and bullying and it seems to be that no one is above being bullied. Oftentimes when bullied we feel weaker then the bully and maybe have a convincing thought that we are weaker.

Without writing so much I will want to hit you with some facts you must know about yourself and the bully. Now draw a demarcation table lets outline your potentials and that of the bully.

A bully simply bullies because he wants to ensure respect and authority for himself, he imposes threat to weaken your confidence so to pin you down in fear of speaking fighting, agitating, or retaliating. A bully can never be satisfied or softened by your humility or co-operation. He forbids your knowledge of self-esteem and your refusal to be bent. He derives pleasure from seeing you plead.

Now let’s list his potentials also. He has no confidence in his ability to lead, carry himself well, earn respect, get attention, rise or remain on top, has a mindset that bulling other is a payback to his experience as a once bullied person and she is endowed with jealousy.

Finally the best part of this article is knowing your potentials. It doesn’t matter where you come from, your gender, social class, blessed with physical ability or not, rich or poor, out spoken or not, tall or brief, new or old in game. One thing you have got to know is that you are superior to the bully. that’s the reason he embarks on bullying tendencies therefore u are a god of  your own and must protect yourself from the bully at all cost. Coming to this knowledge generates ‘‘confidence’’. I am not writing this to motivate you or make you feel comforted, remember I stated earlier that they are facts you need to know. What do we understand by the word  fact? By definition it is a thing that is known to be true, especially when it can be proven.

Recall again that the bully forbids your self-esteem and your hesitation to be bent because it is a ’’scare crow’’ onto him therefore your greatest weapon is undaunting! ‘‘Confidence’’. acquiring this is just the first step and the most important, when confronted by a bully never fail to look him in the eyes, stand bold, resist his threats, shun in a strict and firm voice if any sought of attack is imposed get help if bully persist or is getting out of control and make sure to let family or friends know.

Building your confidence remains the best way to resist the bully. Do that and you have a panacea for the bully.
