“I am devastated and honestly I don’t know what to say to Nigerians anymore; the process of acquiring the integrated surveillance and security monitoring solution has been tedious, if the processes were shortened, we would have saved lives”, wrote Mr. Amaechi in his verified facebook page.
The minister also released a video of his visit to the site of the train attack.
PREMIUM TIMES reported how the Abuja-Kaduna train was attacked by terrorists on Monday night.
At least eight people have been confirmed dead in the attack and many other passengers are still missing.
