Two Nigerian multimedia graduates and software engineers, Jesse Chinekezi (19) and Ted Chinekezi (21), have introduced Avatar and Qantum AI Technologies Ltd., Africa’s pioneering artificial intelligence development firm. Officially launched in March 2025, the company is headquartered in Nigeria and marks a significant milestone in the continent’s AI industry.
Their flagship platforms, Avatar AI.dev and Qantum AI.dev, boast capabilities comparable to leading global AI models, including ChatGPT (Singapore), Gemini (U.S.), Deepseek (China), Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa, Apple Siri, Microsoft Cortana, Baidu DuerOS, Samsung Bixby, Replica, Mitsuku, Rasa, and IBM Watson Assistant.
Beyond chatbot functionality, Avatar AI and Qantum AI offer a vast range of advanced features.
