President Muhammadu Buhari mourns the death of former Senator Abba Ali, a friend and classmate, saying he has lost a valued friend.
Until his death, the deceased was a member of the Federal Judicial Service Commission and served as chair of the Classmates Forum which included the president and members of his caucus of what is now Government College Katsina.
In a tribute to the late Ali, the president describes him as a complete gentleman who had a nuanced understanding of the issues.
“I have had the honor of knowing him since our earliest days. He is leaving us countless memories. We will miss him very much”, says the president.
