The Nigerian forward opened the scoring in the 47th minute, heading in a Przemyslaw Frankowski cross.
However, Rizespor equalized seven minutes later through Ali Sowe, who capitalized on a defensive lapse.
Osimhen then scored the winning goal in the 86th minute, reacting quickly after a corner to fire home off the post.
